Shipping Duration

Express Shipment (Generally, shipment will be dispatched within 4-8 weeks after receipt of payment)

• National orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 working days.
• Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days.
• For Aangi Blouse, it will take a minimum of 20–25 days to be dispatched.
• Kindly provide your complete address and contact information while making payments and placing the order for easy and quick delivery.

Shipping Charges

Delivering across India, shipping charges will appear once the customer submits the delivery address and other relevant information.

• A minimum shipping fee of ₹249.00 is applicable for orders.

Delivery Refusal & Non-Refundable Advance Payment

For certain made-to-order products, a 25% advance payment may be collected upon order confirmation to initiate production and processing.

We will make up to two (2) delivery attempts for such orders. If a customer refuses to accept the shipment, rejects delivery, is unavailable to receive the order, or otherwise fails to take delivery after two delivery attempts, the order shall be deemed cancelled by the customer.

In such cases, the 25% advance payment collected at the time of order confirmation shall be strictly non-refundable. No refund, credit note, store credit, voucher, exchange value, or future adjustment shall be issued against the forfeited amount.

As made-to-order products are manufactured specifically upon order confirmation, the advance payment covers production, processing, and operational costs and therefore cannot be refunded once production has commenced.
