Shipping Duration

At HOUSE OF BAISA, every piece is handcrafted and made to order. Each garment is carefully created with attention to detail and may involve extensive handwork and craftsmanship.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, orders generally require 4–8 weeks for processing and dispatch after receipt of payment.

The exact timeline may vary depending on the product, craftsmanship involved, order volume, and production requirements. Customers are advised to check the product details for any specific timeline mentioned for an individual product.

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the destination and courier service.

HOUSE OF BAISA ships across India through reputed courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers, depending on service availability and delivery network coverage.

Shipping Charges

HOUSE OF BAISA delivers across India and internationally.

Domestic Orders

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout after the customer enters the complete delivery address and other required information.

A minimum shipping fee of ₹249 is applicable to domestic orders.

International Orders

International shipping charges are generally around ₹6,000, depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and applicable courier charges.

The final international shipping charge may vary depending on the delivery location and will be communicated or calculated at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Refusal & Non-Refundable Advance Payment

For certain made-to-order products, a 25% advance payment may be collected upon order confirmation to initiate production and processing.

We will make up to two (2) delivery attempts for such orders. If a customer refuses to accept the shipment, rejects delivery, is unavailable to receive the order, or otherwise fails to take delivery after two delivery attempts, the order shall be deemed cancelled by the customer.

In such cases, the 25% advance payment collected at the time of order confirmation shall be strictly non-refundable. No refund, credit note, store credit, voucher, exchange value, or future adjustment will be issued against the forfeited amount.

As made-to-order products are manufactured specifically upon order confirmation, the advance payment covers production, processing, and operational costs and therefore cannot be refunded once production has commenced.
